When you click 'Register', you will be asked to describe your in-kind donation and its estimated value.  If dropped off or mailed before July 10, donated items will be raffled at the July 10 Family Night Skating Fundraiser event.  See note below for campaign donation limits.

Then please drop off or mail your item donations to the address below, or call 415.297.3975 to make alternative arrangements.

NOTE:  Contributions are not tax deductible.  Individuals, political action committees, and non-incorporated business entities may contribute up to $500 per candidate.  Only donations from U.S. citizens are permitted.

All donations $100 or more require the donor's name, address, occupation and employer.  For in-kind donations  of goods and services (e.g., door prizes for campaign events, prizes for raffles, paper products for events, photo shoot, etc.), please list items and approximate value in the Additional Information section below.  In-kind donations count toward the $500 per person donation limit.

Per San Francisco rules, we cannot accept contributions from for-profit or non-profit corporations.  We also cannot accept donations from those who are negotiating contracts subject to SF Board of Education or SF Commission on the Status of Women approval or who have received such a contract within the last 6 months.
